Does anyone else wonder about this thing? When it went up five years ago, Miles postulated that it might be part of Homeland Security.

    It's actually a cell phone tower in disguise. Jesus on the mainline....

    Its a cell tower. You can also get them in "Tree" shapes to blend in better when NIMBY feelings run high.
