Event revived!

Three cheers for the return, after a one-year hiatus, of one of the longest-running Cabin Fever events: The Mao Tse Tung Memorial Ping Pong Tournament at Steve and Bev Hill's house. Here is this year's winner, Bobby Schopler, during the final match with runner-up Gene Joule.

Frozen flow

Here are some pictures from the Cabin Fever University hike on February 13. Our destination was Brown's Creek Falls. We hiked in from above Joe Hollis's place. We walked into snow when we got on the north side of the ridge and the falls were still nicely frozen. It was quite a sight on a warm afternoon.

Here's Jon Pertee recording the frozen-worm's eye view of the ice.

OK, we don't have glaciers around here, but this is pretty cool.

Another angle.

Here's the crew eating, as they used to say around here, "dinner on the ground."

Multiple Houses

Two big-eyed House-Freemans at last Sunday's brunch at the community center.

A whole bunch of Houses hanging out.
